The Achensee Ski School office is open daily from 8 am to 5 pm and is located in the Sporthotel Achensee and in the Hotel DAS KRONTHALER.

Meeting point for group courses is always Sunday to Friday at 9.25 am and 12.55 pm in front of the See Alm.

Your private instructor awaits you directly in the Ski School Office in the Hotel DAS KRONTHALER or in the Sporthotel Achensee. Special arrangements possible.

No, the ski pass is not included in the course fee and has to be purchased at the ski lift office.

As long as the course is held on the exercise slope behind See Alm, participants do not need a ski pass. Depending on the progress, the instructor will inform you, if you require a ski pass.

In general, yes. It is important however, that they are at the same skill level.

We teach children from 3 years of age. For snowboard courses we recommend a minimum age of 8 years.

Yes, you can book lunchtime supervision in the Ski School Office or online together with the ski course.

No, courses cannot be rescheduled or cancelled due to bad weather or other events. Course cancellations due to weather conditions (force majeure) will not be refunded.

In principle, yes, a prior appointment is required.

No, our ski instructors have a tight schedule and therefore it is not possible to make up the missed time. For this reason, we request you to arrive a few minutes before the start of the course.

A refund of the course fee is possible on the submission of a medical certificate.

In principle we would say: the earlier the better! If booking requests are made at short notice, you must reckon with the ski school being fully booked. Thank you for your understanding.

Group courses take place from Sunday to Friday. There are no group courses on Saturdays, but you can book private lessons.
